Mental Performance Coach
Liz is Mental Performance Coach with over 5 years of experience helping athletes, coaches, US Military Members, and their families develop mental toughness and grow their potential. She teaches strategies based in sport and performance psychology, positive psychology, mindfulness, and biofeedback to enhance performance. She believes in viewing human performance in a holistic way by considering the psychological, physiological, and social components that are the foundation of the human condition.

Liz believes it is her mission to help individuals not just reach their potential, but push the boundary of what they even believe they can achieve. Her goal as a Mental Performance Coach is to empower folks in making changes that improve their mental performance, well-being, and relationships. We all have a tendency to succumb to complacency-- it's comfortable. Liz is committed to showing people that their current situation does not have to be their final destination, that they are their own agents of change, and that small changes can lead to big payoffs. Having a Delta Mentality means never settling for "good enough". We are always capable of being and doing better.
As a Mental Performance Coach and athlete herself, Liz is never far from sports or competition. She grew up playing every sport her small town offered and was a decorated volleyball and basketball player. These days Liz is a self-described "casual athlete"competing primarily in endurance and multi-sport events. She took up Ironman distance triathlon as a way to live what she teaches to her clients and she continues to be humbled, learn, and grow every single training session. When she's not swimming, biking, or running, Liz can be found in a gym watching a volleyball match, in a local coffee shop, or in an airport on her way to the next work or vacation spot.
